The owners love to travel : the walls of the restaurant are covered in photographs of gourmet specialities discovered whilst touring the world.
In South Africa the chef discovered the art of cooking with ostrich, in North Africa how to cook with spices, in Japan the raw fish (sushi).
In each room you feel like a privileged and pampered guest, the vue of the valley is magnificent. |

Véronique and Fréderic present you with meals made from local products : carré of lamb and locally farmed veal, mountain goats and sheep cheeses, ‘garbure’ with duck.

For resting and eating, you’ll find a charming little place on the mountain road of Peyresourde, near the village of Estarveille with the new owners Fréderic and Véronique. You can share their love of the mountains and their taste of local farming products that are used in various menus. You can appreciate the ‘garbure’ with seasonal vegetables, the Pyreneen fondue, and of course the cheeses from the valley.
